If your knife has a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right. No confusing language. No unnecessary hassle. Just honest services backed by our commitment to quality.

What's not covered
Normal wear. A dull edge isn't a defect — it's normal wear for a knife doing its job. We re-sharpen any Oxus Edge blade for free if you cover the shipping.
Misuse. Prying, throwing, batoning beyond intended use, using a knife as a screwdriver.
Neglect. Fire, chemical exposure, or other accidental damage
Third-party modifications. Re-handling, re-grinding, or work done by someone outside our shop voids the warranty on the affected component.
How to claim
Send us a note describing the issue. Include clear photos of the blade and defect — front, back, edge close-up.
We reply within one business day with a return label.
Pack the blade securely (USPS Priority Medium box works great) and include a slip with your order number or registered email.
We inspect, repair or replace, and ship it back. Most warranty work is done within 1 - 2 weeks of receiving the blade.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. The warranty follows the blade, not the original owner. If you receive an Oxus Edge knife as a gift or buy one secondhand, the warranty is yours. We may ask for some basic provenance (the original purchase order number is helpful but not required) so we know it's genuinely one of ours.
